The project serves as the regional office for one of the largest corporations in Arkansas. The client had specific needs for public space, private office space, and open enrollment accommodation. Crafton Tull provided a highly technical solution to address the varied program, incorporating advanced building automation systems for the mechanical and LED lighting systems throughout. 

The materials used throughout the exterior reflect those dictated by the Arvest Ballpark district and incorporate metal rainscreen panels, natural stone, folded metal wall cladding, and highly efficient glazing. The Crafton Tull Landscape Architects and Civil Engineers designed the site to incorporate park-style vocabulary, fully engaging visitors and full-time occupants. Bioswales and other LID techniques were used throughout the grounds.
