Conway - Rogers Plaza

Rogers Plaza provides an entrance into historic downtown Conway as well as a place for people to congregate in the area.  As such, we designed an aesthetically pleasing gathering place complete with decorative pavement, landscaping, and a fountain as the focal point. Crafton Tull designed the layout, grades, and landscaping. Because the area has a history of flooding, we concentrated on minimizing stormwater runoff. We were involved with the City from conceptual layout to final design and throughout the bidding process.  To meet the City’s expectations and ensure everything went according to plan, we worked with the contractor, Corco Construction, through the construction phase.
