Watermark at Steele Crossing – Fayetteville, AR

Crafton Tull provided engineering design services for the Watermark at Steele Crossing apartments, which sit on 17-acres of land near Mud Creek. The design included more than 3,000 linear feet of retaining wall, reaching 12-feet at its highest point, to preserve wetlands and protect the streamside. This solution preserved the delineated wetlands while meeting the client’s required density within zoning constraints set by the City of Fayetteville.
