12th Street Corridor Revitalization Plan

The City of Little Rock commissioned Crafton Tull to prepare a plan for the revitalization of the 12th Street corridor.  The study investigated physical and financial opportunities for a 31-block section of the corridor, as well as the adjacent neighborhoods four blocks to the north and south, located in an inner-city community that had been forgotten by the development community for several decades.

The study area was surrounded by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR), and had three public investment projects planned or under construction.
