Tiger Boulevard Phase I & II - Bentonville, AR

Crafton Tull provided the City of Bentonville with street and drainage design services for the extension of Tiger Boulevard. The boulevard, built in two phases, stretches from Bella Vista Road to the I-49 frontage road, spanning approximately 3,600 feet of rough terrain. Tiger Boulevard is 2-lanes wide and includes a curb and gutter, a stormwater drainage system, and a bike trail along the north side. The design features a large, seven-barrel, box culvert under a 48-foot fill to cross Tributary 1 of McKisic Creek. The project incorporates other improvements such as a water main, underground electric utility lines, and the relocation of a sanitary sewer main. Our design services included the plan and specifications preparation, bid administration, coordination with the testing lab, street construction, and drainage and construction observation.
