Tom Hopper is a Principal Emeritus at Crafton Tull. Having retired after a 46-year career with the firm, he still makes himself available for consulting responsibilities on significant company projects. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1970, he went on to become a registered professional engineer in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Missouri, and Texas, as well as a registered professional land surveyor in Arkansas. His extensive experience in design and construction includes: managing commercial, industrial, medical, office retail, single and multifamily residential developments, water supply and distribution systems, and wastewater collection and treatment systems. Tom is known as an expert of the land development process from the clients’ perspective, as well as his ability to work through complex regulatory difficulties and reach a solution that is acceptable to all the parties.
FUN FACT: Tom enjoys his kids, grandkids and sports in between supporting local and regional governmental and environmental issues of interest.
