Clint Hopper is Vice President of Information Technology for all Crafton Tull locations, though his home base is the Rogers office. Since graduating from Arkansas Tech University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Information Systems, he works extensively with survey technologies and geographical information system (GIS) software and implementations using ESRI and Autodesk products. Clint is very involved his community where he served as the Founding President of the Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders, is a 10-year member of Rogers Noon Rotary Club where he served as a board member from 2012-2015. Clint is highly experienced working with static reference stations providing RTK data to roaming GPS receivers for both surveying, construction, and machine control. He planned, designed, managed, and still operates a VRS network in Arkansas covering a large portion of Central Arkansas.
