Watermark at Steele Crossing – Fayetteville, AR

The 17-acre site for the Watermark at Steele Crossing apartments sits near Mud Creek. More than 3,000 linear feet of retaining wall that reaches 12-feet at its highest point was used to preserve wetlands and for streamside protection. This solution preserved the delineated wetlands but met the client’s required density within zoning constraints set by the city.
