Mike Burns is an Executive Vice President and leads the Transportation Division at Crafton Tull, as well as being on the Board of Directors. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a registered professional engineer in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. Mike's experience working with the Missouri Department of Transportation lends him insight to the challenges facing many state transportation departments. Mike is member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers (ASPE).
