David Rupe
Vice President - Environmental
David Rupe leads the Crafton Tull environmental team. He is an environmental scientist with an in-depth understanding of wetland delineation, wetland restoration, stream restoration, watershed assessments (including urban watersheds), botanical surveys/monitoring, and faunal surveys/monitoring. Rupe helps oversee Crafton Tull’s permitting and compliance processes and specializes in Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899, Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act. David has completed numerous wetland and stream restoration projects in urban areas. He has also performed large-scale urban watershed assessments that included restoration or enhancement of urban streams. He is passionate about restoring ecological function in urban ecosystems. David has managed numerous projects, ranging from small-scale wetland delineations to large-scale watershed analyses of large urban centers. David’s career has included work as a Regulatory Project Manager at the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (Little Rock District).
