PROJECTS
Macy's Fulfillment Center
This massive facility, located east of U.S. 75 on 76th Street North, was a win for the Northeastern Oklahoma economy, bringing with it 1,500 jobs year-round and an additional 1,000 temporary, seasonal jobs.
Crafton Tull provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture on this fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional project involving both the City of Owasso and the City of Tulsa. Design elements include two off-site stormwater detention basins, a parking lot, waterlines, sanitary sewer, public roadway improvements, and platting. Crafton Tull’s team operated under contracts with multiple organizations, including Macy’s, Tulsa County, Owasso Land Trust, and Layton Construction. A collaborative effort between the state of Oklahoma, the Tulsa Regional Chamber, the city of Owasso, the Owasso Land Trust, the Cherokee Nation, the Indian Nations Council of Governments, and the Tulsa Technology Center helped steer the project to the region.
