Crafton Tull was contracted to provide site development services for Magnolia Trace, a 120-acre gated community located in Mustang, Oklahoma. This resort-style living community was built in six phases and includes 140 single-family executive home suites. Amenities in the neighborhood include a 21-acre private park with trails, lakes, a golf practice course, a nature preserve area, and extensive landscaping.
