The project includes the design, construction, and implementation of improvements to the treatment facility. Improvements include upgrading the equalization measures within the facility and updating the disinfection measures within the treatment plant. 

Improvements will occur within the collection system, stemming from the completion of a Sewer System Evaluation Survey, locating features within the system, and developing system rehabilitation projects based on findings within the system.
