The City of Rogers needed a new interchange on I-49. Crafton Tull was hired to provide a wide range of essential services: break-in-access study, surveying, parcel plans, right-of-way plans, utility relocation and coordination, channel relocation, FEMA CLOMR / LOMR submittals, Corp of Engineers permitting, interchange layout, roadway design, and bridge design.
Crafton Tull earned approval of the project from the Federal Highway Administration, Arkansas Department of Transportation, Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission, and local businesses.

Crafton Tull | Mike Burns

Mike Burns is an Executive Vice President and leads the&nbsp;Transportation Division at Crafton Tull, as well as being on the Board of Directors. He is a registered professional engineer in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. Mike's experience working with the Missouri Department of Transportation lends him insight into the challenges facing many state transportation departments. 
Mike is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers (ASPE). He also served as the President of ACEC from 2017-2018.
